Re: Gov. Kaine: with his emphasis on "service" he sounded like he was delivering a motivational luncheon address at the Richmond Rotary. He refused to use the "i" word--incompetence--to describe the Administration's performance in Iraq and in the Gulf Coast disaster, so maybe he's bucking for a cabinet position when Karl Rove decides it's time to let a Democrat on board to help with the heavy bailing.
