I wouldn't have known about this story were it not for BBC World TV, but herre it is on the BBC's website: the United States was "testing" Agent Orange and Agent Purple back in the 60s by spraying them at a Canadian military base. Not an abandoned base, a manned facility. Talk about a good neighbor policy. So now, the survivors among the Canadian vets are--imagine this--angry.

Almost makes you wonder: where's the gratitude?
