Mixed in with the ocean breeze is a whole lot of cheese, but that's what makes Myrtle Beach such a delightful destination for families.

(The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade is amusingly quintessential.) Oh, and don't forget the golf. Here, championship courses are the rule.

With so many diversions, it's a shame to visit on your own. If you want to get away from it all to a sluggish seaside town, Myrtle Beach might disappoint. However, if you're traveling with a diverse crew and want an action-packed beach vacation, it doesn't get more satisfying than Myrtle Beach.

Check out these large and luxurious Myrtle Beach vacation rentals, each fit for a family reunion. Get away from the crowds, and enjoy your family without sacrificing your own space.
