The time after giving birth, known as Postpartum, is an extremely blessed and joyous time. While it is remarkable, for some moms it can be a tough transitioning period. Finding time for yourself or sleep can be minimal. Also, some moms are private and don't like asking for help when they need. Whatever the Postpartum issue, our favorite mom of 16, Lyette Reback, has some experience to assure you that there is help and hope! πŸ˜‰ She shares some of her advice on this brand new episode of Mom 16. As I'm sure you can imagine, Lyette and and her husband, David, have their hands full with 16 kids. She has experienced postpartum more times than most moms!
