Arianna appeared on Fox Business on Thursday morning to discuss health care reform and the financial crisis. She expressed her support for the public option because "it is the best way to bring real competition and track best practices," in addition to using the "bargaining power of government to reduce costs of drugs." As to the financial crisis, Arianna emphasized that what is needed is a greater focus on the "real economy" that impacts Main Street as well as Wall Street and on restructuring the financial system to prevent such a crisis from happening again.
