Oh and I forgot to say, Arianna was as usual breathtakingly beautiful on the show.

I do disagree with Arianna and Katrina on one point. The White House had to do something about the disinformation coming out of Fox. Fox has been scaring the heck out of their viewers who happen to also be Americans and the White House has a duty to protect all Americans. Fox is downright propaganda and the American public has the right to be protected from it. The White House is doing their job because this has gotten way out of hand.

If they don't stand up to the Fox propaganda machine history will look back on this and wonder why it wasn't stopped. We only have Germany to look back at and see what hate propaganda does.

You want to stop Fox News? And how do you propose to do that without employing the same tactics as the very Nazis that you compare Fox to?

Rush Limbaugh/Glen Beck - All the reason you need to leave the Republican Party. Moderate Republican's, come join the "sane" America - Vote Democratic and let's fix what Bush Broke.

Glenn Beck isn't a Republican. Conservative, for sure, but not Republican. He has criticized the GOP and GWB a number of times, although of course not nearly as much as he's criticized Democrats and Obama.

Not sure about Limbaugh.

Beck says he's a Libertarian, Limbaugh says he's an Independent, Fox says they are "News" = All Lies.

Good point: Does this guy really have genes from Mike Wallace.

He missed out on the tough genes. Much more easily impressed than his father.

Notice to both parties: STOP IT ALREADY with the personality cults and bashing of the opposition's looks, opinions or personalities. Personality debates have become the national pastime. Why don't you all concentrate on the issues that ultimately affect the American public? Debate should be on matters of national importance so, what we need are answers the questions the American people are asking to know. Do it soon because the USA is in an economic and social crisis, the cheery news of blue skies and green sprouts is not translating to our real lives. Or can it be that your comfort zones are so cozy that you have forgotten your fellow, regular Sally, Dick & Janes of America are hurting very badly??????

Meantime you the media talk as if you care but your actions only reveal the hypocrites and sarcastic cynics that you all really are. Since when do we get our news from comedians and do-nothing big mouths? NEWS FLASH: The ship is quickly sinking while the politicians of both sides and the media are playing violins! Nobody is doing the job they're suppose to be doing. Wake Up!

Limbaugh calling anyone immature is hilarious. At least Obama isn't spending all his time ranting and raving through a multitude of crass personal insults as though he's still six years old and in the school playground.

Rush hates it when other people are able to focus attention away from himself! I guess Fox doesn't have enough conservative commentators, and have to import one.

"I want everybody to do well". Hahaha! Somebody needs to make a dance mix of this Rush rant...

Arianna, when are you getting your own show? How about replacing Chris Matthews second repeat on MSNBC which we can do without. We need you and your intelligent, original thinking. No body does it better.

I disagree with Arianna about Obama's audacity to govern. Thus far, Obama has been the only candidate in very many years who has had the audacity to include healthcare and several other unpopular gridlocked issues as a desired accomplishments. He's also attempted to force our House of Representatives (i.e. the Congress and Senate) to work the way they're intended to and legislate. Now, what does that mean? Especially given that the Republicans have decided not to participate. Well, the reason we've been unable to get anything done in this country is partly due to partisanship and partly due to interference from lobbyist who have bought and paid for politicians to legislate based on their interests, excluding the desires of the American people. It's our job to make sure that our Congressmen and Senators do our bidding.

If any representative refuses to participate by coming to the table voters of their constituencies should elect officials who will represent them effectively. It is the job of the Congress and Senate to legislate based on what is best for their districts. The president has asked for a bill. He asked that it meet certain criteria. The President gets to set criteria because the American people overwhelmingly elected him based on his campaign platform. Aside from those specifics, a bill SHOULD reflect compromise. The Congress and Senate need to give him what he asked for. It's what we elected them to do.

I tend to agree with you. Everyone is so impatient but I believe he's doing things correctly. Perhaps after 8 years of arrogance and bullying from an administration who called you a traitor if you dared to even question them, it comes as a shock to have a president who follows the law and behaves like a gentleman. Like everyone else I yearn for positive results but I still have faith that Obama is the most intelligent, wise and honest man we could every have hoped for.

Agreed. Those of us living in the real world know that 8 years of destruction - is much easier than 10 months of rebuilding.

I agree with you, I think Arrianna is a really smart woman and most of the time I agree with her. However, for once in my lifetime the President is directing the legislators to do their job. A new type of leadership that involves the people through their elected officials. Good post!

I found it interesting about six weeks back Chris Wallace at the end of his Sunday show read the mail aloud. A viewer thanked him for holding Tammy Duckworths feet to the fire regarding the so called V.A. death book.
Yep he read it on the air...!!!

Well Chris, did you hold El Rushbo's feet to the fire? He has feet ya know!
Unbelievable!!!!!!
