.
The fundamentalist neo-CONS have bastardized the word "RIGHT" to no longer infer "ACCURATE" or "CORRECT."

Your willingness to post all of this here is a testament to your fearlessness. Your allowing commenters back after being banned is another such testament. And I thought you weren't listening! Thanks for all you do.

Somehow in this country, we need the media, including the Huffington Post, which I read every day and enjoy, to find a common ground for moderate Democrats as well as moderate Republicans. American's are desperate for impartiality as well as a non-partisan true journalistic approach to the candidates. We're tired of greed, dishonesty, partisanship, extremes, and the demeaning, hateful discourse in this country. I think it's fair to criticize the right and I also think it's fair to criticize the left, but is it necessary for all of us to go into lengthy tirades over the extremes? We have had 8 years of right rule which has failed our nation in so many ways that books can be written about it.

It should be a lesson to us all the we are better off with moderates running our country. We did poorly with Jim Carter, an honest man with good intentions and we did poorly with George Bush who also had good intentions. But neither of these Administrations fostered financial prosperity along with stability, improved quality of life, and national pride. There needs to be a smart balance between what will generate a booming economy while protecting the environment and the quality of life for the greatest number of Americans. If we are smart, stay away from the extremes, we can strive to have it all.

Love it. I watched all of these.

It is DELUSIONAL to think the US will have peaceful relations with Iraq over the next "100 years" that the US has enjoyed with Germany and Japan after WW2 - two *developed* nations that aren't plagued with sectarian tensions and situated in a world region known for terrorism.

I like how you mention the feeling that news shows always feel the need to show "both sides". I think it has to do with the fact that journalists do not understand science (I'm thinking global warming, and evolution vs creationism) and assume it works like politics, something they do understand, which *does* have two sides for every issue.
