On Tuesday, WNYC's "The Brian Lehrer Show" tackled the issue of the importance of sleep in terms of personal and professional well-being.

During the show, Arianna explained the benefits of getting a good snooze.

"It's truly a wonder drug in terms of our health, our mental clarity, and our creativity."

She even revealed that she sets an alarm for bedtime.

"Well I actually started doing that 7 years ago after my burnout, and it helped me go from 4 to 5 hours sleep a night to 7 to 8 hours sleep a night. And about 90% of the time I get them. And I'm much more productive the rest of the time. There is no trade-off between productivity and getting enough sleep."
