Arianna appeared Tuesday night on "Late Night with Seth Meyers" to discuss her new book "Thrive," which focuses on how people should look beyond money and power to focus on well-being as a measure of success.

"So great to be here, my little baba ganoush," Arianna told Meyers, making light of the popular Saturday Night Live imitation of her.

She related the story of her stress-related physical collapse in 2007, and said the episode was what "got me thinking about how burnout and exhaustion and sleep deprivation are really fueling our whole workplace."

"You guys are responsible for it," she joked to Meyers, referring to men in general.

"I think that's the first time anyone has said 'you guys' to me and meant any masculine thing," he responded.

Arianna went on to talk about how lack of sleep, aided by society's addiction to technology, affects everything from attention span to the bottom lines of companies.
