Richard Branson's hotels really do have it all, apparently.
During interview with CNBC on Wednesday, the British billionaire harped on the importance of the customer experience to his Virgin Hotels brand, what he referred to as treating people "the way they should be accustomed to be treated."
In response to the statement, the interviewer humorously quipped: "So you're going to get a back massage in the hotel when you check in?"
To which Branson jokingly replied: "Sure. Front massage, back massage, whatever you want."
