Huffington Post political reporter Sam Stein appeared on MSNBC's "Morning Joe" today to discuss the financial reform legislation being pushed in the Senate. Stein concluded that the letter that 41 Republican senators signed saying they opposed the bill was a negotiating tactic, and in the end there will be bipartisan support for this reform.
