Success is working together with a team, putting together our vision, putting together the traction piece, and then being able to execute on that and achieve the goals we have set out from the beginning.

I hold fast to my commitment to provide opportunities for my employees to advance. Like my grandmother, many of them come from low income or immigrant backgrounds.
