On such day as today I anticipate that within the next twelve months I will be prosecuted and eventually sent to jail on Spanish soil for being brutally honest and exercising the freedom of expression to the limit but not beyond it. I estimate that this is the only way to move beyond politics towards post-politics and eject a political elite which is causing extreme harm to society by perpetuating a cacique modus operandi, an old-fashioned language of ideology, a historical fracture from times of civil war and a redundant overlapping super size kleptocracy no longer needed which is eating up the modest resources available for healthcare, education and infrastructure.
On such day as today I anticipate that once I leave prison I shall become Malagasy Citizen and help Zaza Ramandimbiarison, Ambassador Brian Donaldson and The Madagascar Expert Dreamers win the 2019 General Election in order to found Decemland, The Land Of Ten Percent, and the World's future capital territory.
On such day as today I anticipate that once I leave prison I shall embark on a three year journey from Madrid to Madagascar which I shall do exclusively on foot incorporating the following requirements:
1/ That in every country I will wear the humblest traditional local dress and only accept to be hosted and fed by the most extreme among the poorest.
2/ That I will only accept to receive the most basic healthcare assistance in order to mimic the extreme poor's condition and remind developed countries of the importance of reducing and eliminating the inequality gap in the provision of healthcare and education worldwide.
3/ That this commitment will be a tribute to the people of Africa and of Madagascar, whom I will work for during the remainder of my lifetime.
4/ That once I reach Malagasy soil I will embrace Malagasy citizenship and become Vice President in Zaza Ramandimbiarison's 2019 presidential bid.
5/ That in the unlikely scenario that I am not killed or die of hunger or disease I shall return to my native Spain and expel from it once and for all The Bastard King Felipe VI and his "secuaces" the politicians of both PSOE and PP.
6/ That in the unlikely scenario that The Bastard King and his "secuaces" are expelled I shall be willing, ready and able to launch The Elegant Revolution in order to totally integrate Portugal and Spain in a new fiction-state called "Reypublica" as anticipated by Portuguese Literature Nobel Prize Jose Saramago, whose first King will be HRH Dom Duarte de Braganca, honouring his mentorship and reversing the 1908 Lisbon regicide, while in the meantime The Bastard King remains in office because of the 1936 fascist coup d'etat.
7/ That my disciples The Expert Dreamers will continue my legacy and vision in the likely scenario that I do not reach Malagasy soil by December-2019, following the instructions carefully provided in TheMonfortPlan.
8/ That I will continue to write my lifetime journey on TheHuffingtonPost and that I will credit any individuals or firms willing to support me along with my travel companions whoever they are and wherever they come from.
9/ That in every capital city I will be willing to meet with the nation's Premier in order to encourage Her or Him to embrace a new international agenda of integration and supranational cooperation.
10/ That anyone willing to join me in this lifetime quest will become an inhabitant of Decemland and receive an in-kind reward of one hectare of land in the World's future capital territory, where I will establish my office and which will be home to The Malagasy National University.
World leaders must change the course of history and the focus of their modus operandi or leave room for new leadership with alternative horizons. Africa must gain visibility and increasing importance in twenty-first century Earth. Borders must disappear between today and January 1st 2051, Armies of War must become Armies of Peace. Humankind must embrace new operating principles and values to end once and for all the extreme poverty trap and walk forward in a direction seeking fairness and global justice. Otherwise we will not prevail and become an extinct species.
