Welcome to our "Like An Olympian" series. During the 2014 Sochi Olympics, HuffPost Healthy Living will take a look at lifestyle and fitness lessons from competitors, coaches and former Olympians alike. Here, Jamie Greubel of the U.S. bobsled team shares what's on her playlist during the games.

This is my current playlist that I listen to when I am warming up to bobsled. I like a mix of slower and faster pop songs, so I can choose which songs I want to hear based on my mood. If I am feeling a little too amped up, I will listen to a slow song to calm myself down and get focused, like "American Honey" by Lady Antebellum. The same goes for when I am tired; I will listen to a more upbeat song to get energized.

I like to listen to "Roar" by Katy Perry because it gives me confidence when I am getting ready to compete, as well as "Empire State of Mind" by Jay Z and Alicia Keys because it reminds me that I learned how to drive a bobsled in Lake Placid, N.Y., which is one of the hardest tracks in the world, so I can handle anything. Music is an amazing tool for athletes to use when they are getting ready to train or compete. My iPod is definitely one of the most important things to help get me prepared to compete at my best!
