Paulson Reveals Election Will be Stolen by Republicans

Got your attention, didn't I? Actually, what "The Hank" revealed is that he wants the guy in his position to have a free hand in giving taxpayer money away to his friends, and never have to answer for how he makes the handouts. Yes, it's a stick up. But really, was he planning to cede that power to a Democrat in his job? I don't think so. I think he knows that he isn't going to lose his job any time soon.

2 Facts:

Many at Goldman Sacks Spoke out in the Media (unhampered by the company) AGAINST the Bush Tax Cuts as Iresponsible and unsustainable. Even though their clients would be slated to gain in
the SHORT TERM.

One reason Goldman Sacks is still standing is because they invested AGAINST the SubPrime market by "shorting" the stocks to fhe unregulated (Thanks to the Republiican Majority and Phill Graham)
subprime morgage companies..

Every Tragedy we endure today has been predictable and a TORTURE to watch unfold. At the hands of the Republican Party, It's "C" Juvenile Delinquent leaders, and the conglomerate of Lunatics and their ideologies. It's not "Warshington" It's The Republicans stupid.

You make a good point Jane. Look at all the power given to the executive branch. And now this unchecked power for Paulson. Do you think they will ever let a Democrat have this kind of free reign. Everybody phone, write, email, blog whatever it takes to get the word out. I also have been emailing the media telling them to do their job and not help this administration scam us again.

I will be tuning into C-Span later to the Senate Hearing.

I just do not get it, why are we being stuck with a bill of 700 billion....These Wizards of Wall Street like Paulson himself could pony up billions of dollars and turn these companies into Private Equity firms....In fact if they are such Wizards, why do they need our money at all??

My boss would fire me if I put in such a lame performance, so I do not understand why any of the executives are even being considered and retained,,,, they should all be fired and we should go after the Bonuses as insider FRAUD...

Republican or Democrat makes absolutely no difference to Hank. He and everyone else knows that the fix is in and the repugs and dems will do as they are told by the corporations and big money people who have always pulled all the strings.

Holy Crap Jane! You almost gave your former neighbor (me) a freakin' coronary. You are right though. This is clearly just a newfangled version of the James Brothers robbing the train just outside of Adair, IA in 1874. Yep, somehow it fits...1. in the middle of the night, 2. as fast as possible, and 3. with several accomplices to make sure they get away with it.

I think a stick up is in order, alright. Stick that demand of his for $700 billion in unregulated funds right up something, indeed.

Mmm-hmm. That's why he would only have to report every six months. I guess he's a buddy of Johnny Mac.

Jane, what about Chris Dodd? He is doing his job to ensure oversight. He deserves kudos.
