An introvert is a person who needs quiet time to recharge and feel connected with themselves. They need stillness and quiet to fuel their energy. Tuning in to themselves gives them the energy they need before engaging with the outside world.
And introverts have many natural strengths.
They are intuitive and insightful, able to sense invisible connections and opportunities that are not obvious to most people.
They are natural observers. In group settings, they would much rather hang back and observe the situation before engaging with others. It's important for introverts to feel comfortable with their surroundings and the people they are with.
They are excellent listeners. They enjoy being supportive of others. They take in what people share with them on a very deep level - through the words they say, their body language and energy they can feel from each and every person.
They are deep thinkers and thoughtful communicators. They take their time and are very thoughtful and intentional with their words. They speak up only when they have something meaningful to say. Whether it be in person or online interaction, they speak from the heart.
And with their big hearts and kind and gentle nature, they are compassionate and sensitive to others needs. It gives them great joy to be of service to others.
Which leads me to the #1 superpower that introverts have that others can't touch -- the ability to create truly deep and meaningful one-on-one relationships. Introverts have the natural ability to create strong and lasting connections.
Because they are natural connectors, it's important that they feel a part of something greater than themselves. They love creating community and connecting people together with aligned opportunities so everyone benefits. They create a natural win-win, collaborative opportunities for everyone involved.
Because introverts can naturally see beyond the surface and sense unseen connections, they can see beyond the external image of someone. They can see people for who they are beyond their ego. They are able to sense beauty everywhere and can see a person for who they are on the inside. They can hold space for each person to see their highest potential.
With their intuitive and sensitive nature, they can easily feel other people's energy and emotions. This creates a deep connection with others based on real empathy and genuine compassion. They not only relate to how another person is feeling, but can actually intuitively feel how that person is feeling.
This deep understanding for another creates the foundation for real and meaningful relationships. Others can feel their genuine love and acceptance. This sense of mutual trust and respect allows ego-driven walls to come down and safe spaces to be formed.
