If you need a job...
below is a list Congressman (and Senate candidate) Joe Sestak has made public.

The Republican candidate for governor in Pennsylvania says that extended unemployment benefits discourage the jobless from looking for work.

"The jobs are there, but if we keep extending unemployment, people are just going to sit there," Pennsylvania attorney general Tom Corbett told radio reporter Scott Detrow last week. "I've literally had construction companies tell me, 'I can't get people to come back to work until -- they say, 'We'll come back when unemployment runs out.'"

I am surprised that no one has picked up on the fact that if Corbett says there are jobs to be had - where are they? Let's get them filled !!!

Corbett needs to publicize who has these openings NOW.

As this public official knows where these jobs are he needs to post the following:

  • Position Description:
  • Location:
  • Qualifications:
  • Point of Contact:

Here's another take on this. Congressman Joe Sestak occasionally sends jobs posting out. I try to get them posted here.

While having these jobs open may work against him on one level politically (since he is working against the common political narrative), Sestak is doing HIS job by helping constituents.

Here's the last the set of jobs Sestak sent. If you need a job - go for it.

As for Tom Corbett - where are the jobs you are saying that are out there? I guess it is easier to make political hay than to actually help people in need.
