Even with all of the political pundits weighing in, what we don't know about Alaska governor -- and now John McCain's running mate -- Sarah Palin outweighs what we do know.
But NOW on PBS followed and interviewed Governor Palin in a story that aired earlier this month about corruption in Alaska state government and Senator Ted Stevens' indictment.
Get an exclusive peek into Palin's feelings about Big Oil and ethics in an excerpt from that program, linked here and embedded below:

i think you guys are missing something. she raised taxes on oil. isnt that what obama wants to do with the windfall profits tax? economic conservaties would not appreciate her doing this. but john mccain and the republicans say she is an economic conservate ...
no wonder she endorced the obama energy plan ...
most people say palin is a game changer. but all she does is unite the base ... but i will predict that she will alinate the middle ... mccain says country first but he puts a person who is unqualified to be president in the vp spot. look for a swift boat attack against her from republicans in her own state.
Big oil wants her and her tax increasing agenda out of Alaska and under control in the White House. Its the old Washington 2 step in play here. Big oil runs the white house and they don't want to lose it or pay more taxes.
Since Palin is pro-oil then she will not be supporting wind, solar, and alternative energy.
If McCain and Palin get into office America will be in ruin in ten years from now.

She thinks she has leverage because (in her words) "we own the resources"? She has no idea of power then. That oil will mean absolutely nothing if it's not drilled, refined, etc. It doesn't matter what Alaska owns if it's inaccessable. She has no concept of power, and I wish the Republicans luck with this choice of VP.
