Great! Wonderful! Captures the intelligence, wit and nuance of W's personality. If the damage caused by him, his cronies and his party wasn't so devastating and deep, I would have a heartier laugh.
Courageous letter! Worthy of our semi-fondly remembered and definitely departed Decider. Very nice touch to share with successor the classified location of the bourbon.
This is a joke, not the real letter. The only person that saw that (the letter) was President Obama . I don't believe we will see strip mining Mt Rushmore nor Black Water taking over the U S Army. Nuts as he was, this was not something George Bush would have been able to do.
Tthe mindset of the Republicans is not to question our President and when Liberals have dared to do so, we have been called anti-American and told we don’t support the troops As Americans, as a democratic society, we have the responsibility to question our leaders.
The mindset of the Republicans has been that the Government can’t run anything, such as healthcare, education, and a war. They think that everything must be privatized. Government can run things if they have capable people in charge.
The Republican mindset is that we should sacrifice our freedoms in order to remain safe. I think the state of New Hampshire whose motto is “Live Free or Die” would disagree with those sentiments. “we reject as false the choice between our safety and our ideals” as President Obama said. If we are so ready to give up our freedoms, then that denigrates our forefathers who died for those freedoms.
These are the same people who would see a person hanged for burning the flag. This piece of cloth to means more to them then what it symbolizes, our Freedom. They allowed Bush to illegally wiretap American citizens and gave him the supreme power to declare someone an enemy combatant, to torture and rendition people, to cancel Habeus Corpus, and to take away any other rights that he , “The Decider” felt necessary.
The Republican mindset is less government regulation. Well, we see what happens when mortgage lenders, investment brokers, and banks are not regulated.
I
I believe its authentic, the fact that its printed is the first clue,he isn't capable of cursive yet.and he was the only one who knew where the secret brown water bottle was hid.
I still am not sure. It contains complete thoughts that actually make sense. It doesn't even slightly resemble one of his more famous quotes where he said: "Families is where our nation finds hope, where wings take dream." Now, if it were more like that I might think you are right... However, he DID know where the booze is....I'm still on the fence.
I am having second thoughts,it does contain complete sentences, and if Bush had actually written it he certainly would have use his favorite tasting cran(crayon)
I suspect our former Decider didn't actually write that letter. It contains complete sentences with correct grammar and punctuation. And you really expect me to believe he can spell decisive? This coming from our EX-President who once so famously uttered "Childrens do learn." I think not, much too sophisticated for our former under-achiever.

It is too infantile.

And, it wasn't written in cra yon.
I especially love the scribbled out date ~ it's those little details that make it funnier.
Funny-- especially the "medal of honor" part-- that must be when he honored tenet for that great intelligence
