I don't understand all this talk about "net neutrality" but AT&T, Verizon, and BellSouth are missing a huge business opportunity. They should start selling premium service to customers willing to pay extra to not have their phone calls recorded by the US government. They could team up with AOL or Yahoo to bundle the service with a special email account where outgoing messages don't get automatically transferred into a SPAM folder.
