Luxury Management (LUX MGT) and fashion line Maison De LaCour presented "The Immaculate One" fashion show benefitting the American Cancer Society.

Alyssa, a 9-year-old cancer survivor, stole the show as her dream of walking down the catwalk became a reality when she opened the evening dressed in a Madison & Friends Boutique ensemble.

Staged inside the Murphy Auditorium -- one of Chicago's most beautiful and historic buildings -- the event was hosted by eDropOff owner and star of Vh1's House of Consignment, Corri McFadden, 103.5 KISS FM's morning radio host, Angi Taylor, and Dose Market founder, April Francis.

The two-act runway show was choreographed by critically-acclaimed Yana German and featured the debut of MDLC, designer JuJu LaCour's first-ever ready-to-wear men's and women's collection, as well as his highly anticipated spring 2013 collection, which was inspired by Japanese prints and geishas. Sugar Hills Bakery and Russian Standard Vodka provided guests with delectable desserts and cocktails throughout the pre-show VIP reception.
