Drew Landry's BP Blues song has found an audience since his testimony at the Presidential Commission on the BP Oil Spill in New Orleans.
We spoke on the phone as he drove to Grand Isle, mostly about the public's reaction to his song and where he'd like to go from here. "It's definitely not about me or this song, it's about the fact that I spent two months with these people and that's how I was inspired to write this song."
Landry shares his vision for the Gulf Coast in the rest of the interview at NewOrleans.com.
