Self-Love is supposed to be easy right? We can love our pet, our kids, our spouse, and our work then why do we have a difficult time loving our self? After all it's Love, how hard can it be?

The Love we give to the world is not the same love we give to our self.

Again. The Love we give to the world is not the same love we give to our self.

Think about that for a second. It's a deep truth.

We are our harshest critic.

This is why our world is in the state it is. We are dishing out love but we cannot give it to our self. So then who will give it to us?

This is how Love is tied with expectations. And that is a contradiction to the very definition of love. It is a circular connection that is left incomplete because we are starting love on the wrong foot.

Self-love is a vital necessity in our lives.

When you practice self-love, others are able to see the beautiful, kind hearted, and loving person you truly are. It allows you to give to yourself and not seek it from anyone or anything outside of yourself. From this space when you give love it flows freely, without expectations or motives.

There is only one kind of Love, and that is unconditional Love. We have all experienced it sometime in our life, even if for a moment. It is immensely Powerful.

It must start with you.

It must start with self-love.

It is the key to unlock the world you desire.

It is a deep Truth that you must face if you want your life to change.

Now, go!

Do something you Love because it is meaningful to you. You get sheer joy of doing it!

That is self-love. Unconditional. No rules. No judgment.

Be happy. Be Love. Be You.

Love,
Karuna
