Cheers to the New Year! Another wedding year has come and gone and we're already scrambling to sum up the emerging trends for 2013. But before we get ahead of ourselves, let's slow down and raise our glasses to 2012. We're wishing for a sparkly, New Year's Eve wedding, brimming with ultra-luxe details and gorgeous tablescapes. Remember, New Year's Eve doesn't always mean black tie and confetti (although we love both of those things!). Keep things simple by adding subtle touches of glitter to paper products or place settings, and play up the fun atmosphere by changing into a short party dress just before the clock strikes midnight.

Don't forget to outfit your guests with the proper NYE favors. Trade streamers and plastic hats for elegant masquerade pieces, old-fashioned poppers, or mini champagne bottles at each seat. We also love the idea of tying a few sparklers to an escort card to remind guests that the party is far from over.
