It should come as no surprise that the venerable Brooklyn Brewery is up to something cool again.

As part of Brooklyn Brewery Mash, "Kings Country Cornucopia" exhibits the artisanal foodie culture of Brooklyn in a series of traveling events aimed at bringing Brooklyn to other cities, such as Nashville and Boston.

This behind-the-scenes video shows what it took to put the installation together, which involves micro-projection mapping and hours of filming and preparation.

In partnership with Nuit Blanche New York and a litany of other local companies -- such as Brooklyn Brine, Mast Brothers Chocolate, The Meat Hook and Brooklyn Coffee Roasters -- this traveling art installation is in one word, scrumptious.
