What's a guy to do when he's dumped after 12 years of marriage? I can tell you what this guy did - I stepped up my physical activity. I love sports. Sports and exercise were a big part of how I filled my alone time. Alone time is strange after many years of busy family life with kids. Little did I know, when my ex-wife left her wedding dress behind, that it would work its way into my new exercise routine. That's right - a wedding dress can be incorporated into a divorce workout plan in so many ways. I am the current wedding dress jump rope world record holder. I'm up to 75 jumps now. Good luck beating that.
