Midlife Change? What Could Be More Natural?

Posted: Updated:

"Time is the coin of your life. It is the only coin you have, and only you can determine how it will be spent. Be careful lest you let other people spend it for you." - Carl Sandburg

I now feel liberated from only doing the most basic type of therapy. I feel enabled through Skype technology to open my doors to clients everywhere! I know millions struggle in midlife with identity issues, and I would like to share with you exactly how normal and healthy that is.
Many are drawn towards a different kind of life after fulfilling the life requirements we saw as our responsibility in our 'first adulthood.' Things like find a career, get married, have children, etc.

Midlife is that time in our 40s and 50s when various natural life changes occur, creating the unique circumstances for a life review and reassessment of future goals; a time when we begin to wonder if we can still create the life we have always desired, but thought we could not have.
Midlife is the best time to dream a new dream, and then find the courage and creativity within to create a new life path!

Perhaps you have a talent or interest you've been afraid to acknowledge and pursue. Now is the time to reach out towards those dreams that you thought had passed you by years ago and finally access your authentic self.

Sometimes these kinds of major life changes require assistance. Most do not realize that what they are experiencing is a normal and healthy rite of passage into full adulthood, validated by psychologists worldwide.

Boomers are the first generation in human history to have this opportunity to transition from the limiting beliefs of our early adulthood. Because we are living so much longer, we have the time in the middle of life to embrace our full potential and take responsibility for the full range of choices before us.

Now is the time! Do something TODAY that your future self will thank you for. Is this the time to embrace your fears, find your courage and begin again?

It's not personal this time, it's generational!
