Peter M. Rouse, one of three men listed as 'Senior Advisor' to President Barack Obama apparently voted as absentee in Alaska as recently as the 2008 election in violation of Alaskan election laws, according to research by investigator Joseph Culligan from the website WebOfDeception.com. The research also raises questions about the involvement of another Obama administration appointee, Director of Alaska Affairs at the U.S. Department of the Interior Kim Elton.

Peter Rouse is the man who the Washington Post referred to as 'The Outsider's Insider.' He served as Chief Of Staff for then Senator Obama starting in 2004, following nearly 20 years as a top staffer for Tom Daschle.

Investigator Culligan -- who also broke news on Ann Coulter voter fraud allegations earlier in the year -- shows a public records search that seems to show Rouse's voting record in Alaska in the last several elections as an absentee voter. It lists Rouse's residential address in Juneau, Alaska -- an address also used by Kim Elton.

Culligan shows Rouse's Washington D.C. address, vehicle registration and includes a quote from a February, 2009 Anchorage Daily News article where Rouse says, "I haven't been back to Juneau since (1989)..."
