The long blustery winters filled with dark days, non-existent sunshine and frigid temperatures leads to one thing -- tetchy children and glum adults. This winter, more so than during winters in the past, more and more people seem to be complaining about feeling down in the dumps and their children expressing irritable behavior. We are forced to venture out in this wicked weather, so that we can get our kids to school and ourselves to the office. After all, we can't just hibernate all winter. Although the bears hibernation plan seems quite tempting this year, with endless snowstorms and irrational temperatures across the country.
