And for intractable geopolitical problems that require less fat, try this one! It's a little more exotic, I know, I know, it's a little Obama for my taste with fancy schmancy olive oil and fresh (FRESH!) parsley, but you know when you are trying to make peace, keep everyone happy and healthy like I do with my blessed family, state, and country, you need to keep your guns loaded, and those tickers ticking!

Healthier Tater Tot Casserole1 pound extra-lean ground turkey1 medium onion, chopped2-3 garlic cloves, minced1 large red pepper, seeded and chopped3 medium carrots, peeled and chopped3/4 cup sliced mushrooms1 tablespoon olive oil2- 10 1/2 ounce cans low sodium cream of mushroom soup1- 2 pound bag frozen tater tots1/4 flat leaf parsley, chopped1 1/2 tablespoons onion power1 tablespoon paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large skillet, cook onions in the olive oil until translucent. Add garlic, red pepper, mushrooms, and carrots, and cook until soft. Add in turkey, parsley, onion powder, and paprika, and brown until fully cooked. Placed cooked meat mixture in a 9 x 13 inch pan. In a separate bowl, combine tater tots and cream of mushroom soup. Top casserole with the soup mixture. If desired, sprinkle with excess parsley and paprika. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
