Unblocking Energy Through Change

I now have a whole new perspective on my life, my work, and how I present that work to the world. It has also inspired me to do a spring-cleaning. The more clutter we remove, the more health and prosperity we let in and this whole experience is one I'm grateful for.

Change something in your environment and watch how much that single action will uplift your personal vibration, boost your energy and improve your mood. We don't realize how much one object can be an obstacle. That object d'art on your desk that blocks part of your window is also blocking your ability to accomplish your best, and all you have to do is remove it or shift it to another part of your room.

I tested this theory recently when I was forced to take my desktop computer for a rare recall. It had been sitting in the middle of my large desk at home. In fact, most of my computers have been desktops and sat in the very same place. The moment I walked back into the room the empty desk was like a breath of fresh air. I didn't miss the desktop and I felt like a huge burst of energy was unblocked and the room could breathe.

The absence also gave me a new perspective on the place I was spending a lot of my time, and so I decided to purchase a new laptop with a 15" screen. Replacing a desktop model for a laptop as my main computer is the best decision I have ever made. I am no longer looking over the top of something.

Interestingly enough, this computer change came on the heels of finishing a memoir I was working on for quite some time. The day I finished the book was the last recall day for the computer and the day I brought home the new one. I now have a whole new perspective on my life, my work, and how I present that work to the world. It has also inspired me to do a spring-cleaning. The more clutter we remove, the more health and prosperity we let in and this whole experience is one I'm grateful for.

Helpful Hints:

1. Don't be "married" to anything you don't use that is on your desk. If it is not serving a regular purpose, put it where it will, or consider disposing of it.

2. Keep paperwork that is not on computer in an organizer to help keep your desktop clear so that you can focus on your projects with intention.

3. Maintain the habit of leaving your desk clean at day's end.

So give it a try and see where it takes you. One thing is for sure: It will always lead you to something positive because that is what happens when we unblock energy.
