I make much of my living helping people to understand and work with color to embrace a more positive lifestyle. In my experience, color factors in with my clients via emotion, and I've noticed that emotion, whether positive or negative seems to make a difference in how they may feel on any given day, as well as how they perform on those days. In my practice, I have discerned through these consultations, that one of the most important colors that may offer a sense of well-being is any shade of the color green. It carries with it a vibration that even hospitals have adopted into their healing environment, rather than the sterility they once favored back in the day with the color white.

Try experimenting with the color green and it just may assist you positively. The idea is to embrace it via wearing it in some fashion (even if they are your socks), focusing on it (by perhaps lighting a candle or having something green on your desk or sacred space), or incorporating it into your food (like green vegetables or salad).

Below are the ways this color may help when in application and what it may enhance for you.

  • Healing of the body, mind and spirit
  • Change and growth
  • Protection from anxieties and demands
  • Assist in attracting prosperity

Above all, it may heal by promoting transformation and positive awareness and that is something we all can use in life.
