This past month I found myself jet setting through airports in New York City, Aruba, Panama, and Colombia. With Columbus, Ohio and San Francisco on the horizon and my travel schedule getting busier as the year goes on, I learned a long time ago that in order to stay healthy and well on the road, I needed to create a pre-travel routine to ward off sickness and help reduce the effects of jet lag.
