If you know what pineappling is, you might be a Psych-o. If you have ever made up an elaborate, yet hilarious nickname for your trusty best friend, you might be a Psych-o. If you squeal like a young school girl over a Labradoodle, you might be a Psych-o. If you know every single word to the Psych theme song you might be a Psych-o. For years now, fans who adore the show Psych -- known as Psych-o's -- have known what an exceptional and special program the USA Network show is. If you have never partaken in an episode, you're seriously doing yourself an injustice because it is one of the best and funniest programs on television today. Just one episode will hook you in because of the humor, camaraderie, chemistry, and showmanship that Psych continues to exude. Every episode is chock full of pop culture references and layered smarmy goodness that if you blink, you might miss out on a fantastic zinger. With Psych you always have to keep your eyes and ears open at all times and that is only half the fun!

Year after year James Roday, Dule Hill, Tim Omundson, Maggie Lawson, Kirsten Nelson, and Corbin Bernsen up the level of insanity, energy, and pure creativity when it comes to new seasons of Psych. With never a lull or slow down in each episode, Psych continues to be a breakout hit for the ever popular USA Network. Roday and Hill could teach a master class on slapstick humor that comes off as both genuine and comedic gold. The banter between their characters is like that of an old married couple, but it is their solid lifelong friendship that fuels and motivates them. Their characters Shawn and Gus are unlike any other buddy-buddy duo on screen; some may even say they are unmatched. Roday and Hill don't try to one up one another, but instead they play off each other with ease and perfect precision. You never know what sticky situation Shawn and Gus will either find themselves in, or quite possibly have talked their own way into. How they get out of that situation, makes every episode of this show must see TV.

Tim Omundson as Detective Carlton Lassiter has also always been a brilliant motivation for viewers who can't get enough of the disdain and aggression Lassiter oozes for Shawn and Gus. Lassiter constantly is doing the real police leg work along with partner Juliet O'Hara (Maggie Lawson), and Shawn and Gus can show up and steal their thunder in an instant, which constantly leaves a bad taste in Lassiter's mouth. Not to mention the various situations Gus and Shawn seem to entangle themselves in wherein Lassiter and O'Hara have to get them out of, which makes Lassiter at times feel like he is a glorified babysitter rather than Detective. Lassiter is a veteran on the Santa Barbara police force and to see his hard work be thrown out the window or be mocked by Shawn perpetually keeps something stuck in Lassiter's craw. Omundson has had a long career in acting and as Lassiter he is frequently on his toes and on his A game with the effortlessly delivered quips and snark. Omundson can go toe to toe with Roday and Hill as he is a well oiled comedic machine that keeps fans in stitches.

Humor isn't the only draw to watching Psych, romance is also an important factor for Psych-o's who have loved the constant tug of war that Shawn and Juliet have gone through. The "Shules" shippers have been waiting patiently for Shawn and Juliet to become an official couple and it was worth the wait because the two are finally an item. And now that Shawn and Juliet have a real relationship going, Shawn has to not only think on his feet, but he also has to remember it is not just about him and Gus, there is a future at stake for him and Juliet. Lawson and Roday have a spark that is undeniable, and as their relationship progresses on screen, fans cheer them on and hope that the couple will eventually take their relationship to another level. Shawn seems to be on the cusp of that mark, and with another season of Psych recently announced, maybe Shawn's dipping of his toe into the waters of commitment will turn into a cannonball!

Any true Psych-o knows that you have to watch every episode until the very end because of the famous Psych-outs! Many are riddled with blunders and goofs, but the ultimate and best come in the form of song. The cast will be diligently saying their lines when all of a sudden they bust out in a song and dance routine that will have you clutching your sides. You never know what to expect as this dynamic group of talented comedic thrillers give you one last taste of humor before your night comes to a close. Psych-o's wouldn't have it any other way because if you're left with a laugh at the end of the night, you'll be smiling while you're drifting off to sleep, and you'll be talking about that nights episode for days after.

Wednesday nights relish the opportunity to find the hidden pineapple in a brand new Psych episode and be sure that you've practiced your fist bumping. Psych is your weekly dose of high energy, side splitting humor that will kick away any and all blues that may be weighing you down. Cast off the shackles of the work week and Psych yourself up!
