If there is something that you are doing that does not excite or fulfill you, why are you doing it? Many of us work so we can afford to do what we're passionate about. Others have figured out how to get paid for doing what they love. This is an important skill to master. Either way, the secret to living a joyful, fulfilling life is to do more of what you love every day.

Although some things make us feel better, ultimately the critical work for us to do is within ourselves. Ask yourself these four questions:

1. What does it take for you to be happy?
2. When is enough, enough?
3. How do you count your blessings?
4. How big does something special have to be before you declare it a miracle?

One way to love what you are doing, where you are, and even who you are, begins with acceptance. With acceptance comes gratitude and soon you will be on your way to a new perspective. Can you appreciate everything, even the tough, challenging moments that life offers to help us grow?

Explore where or how you can do less of what you don't love, that which is no longer aligned with your heart, soul or vision. We don't always have a choice, but when someone asks you to do something that you don't want to do, if you don't have to do it, consider saying, "No thank you."

As you clear some clutter, you make more time and space for that which truly does light you up. To discover this place within you, schedule some soul time. Don't let a once in a life time opportunity pass you by.

Demonstrate that you are a serious Dreamer (vs. a daydreamer), by making important things happen. If your Doubter or Realist voices are saying things like, "It's not the right time, you can't afford it, you don't deserve it or just plain shouldn't go," here is my personal coaching. Life is made up of precious miracles, moments and memories. I know if you put a stake in the ground now, clearly stating your intention, it will happen. For example, just saying, "I am going no matter what," could be one of the most profound steps of your life. Yes, "I am going because I choose to and want to" is enough.

Next, calm your Realist and perhaps even Doubter voices by doing whatever it takes to make this happen. Transformation occurs when we say yes to the dreams we truly desire, even when there may be little or no evidence that it is the "right" thing to do. If your heart says yes and you want to be in integrity with your dream or goal, then choose it and make it so. That's what real courage is all about.

Now is the time to make space for a deeper and more profound relationship with yourself. Ask yourself if not now, when? Stop the cycle of procrastination you may have developed over the years. Understand that when you make time for yourself and your dreams you can fall in love with your life and your dreams can come true.
