My favorite is spinach with apples and with lemon juice, flax seeds, a dollop of coconut oil and a tinge of buckwheat honey (optional).
THen a simple soy milk with blueberries and cardammon is yummie.
Also the strawberry, soy milk, banana and flax seed with honey is delicious.
Lastly the beets, apples and lemon juice with flaxseeds is really refreshing.
But I guess I can expand to try the recipes in the blog especially the avocado one.
Avocadoes makes a good base for chocolate pudding too.
I am curious as to why a thread on making smoothies needs to be fully moderated though. What gives?
