Sunshine: Unconditional Love

For some people, summer is a chance to complain about the heat or lock themselves into air-conditioned habitats. But our bodies need sunshine to survive and be healthy--in fact we wouldn't exist without the sun! The sun shines on everyone with no regard for race, wealth, fashion sense, or religion. The sun is what enables us to SEE. But it also shows us how to FEEL.

Close your eyes and feel the sun on your body. Soak it in. It's like love. Unconditional love. No matter what you do, it will still be there, shining. Even in the night, you can see its reflection in the moon and stars. You can smell its lingering effect in the plants and earth that need the sunshine to live, as do you. The sun never goes away, we just turn around it. Feel it. Enjoy it. And know you are loved.
