As I write this, I am neither anti-male nor pro-female and do not take an "either or" position with regard to the world or to life. "Either or" has caused every war the world has known.
It's time to take a "both and" approach.
And here is the "both and" approach...
Women should run the world (as they already run) households. Men should either be visionaries or implementers/doers/foot soldiers along with the women who are not running the world. And if a man is a visionary (and women are welcome to this is they have the visionary chops), they should be fed, cared for, supported, but under no circumstances should they be allowed to run anything. Evidence for that is that Apple under Steve Jobs would not have succeeded without Tim Cook and Facebook under Mark Zuckerberg would not have succeeded without Sheryl Sandberg.
Visionaries can be Founders and Chairman, but only people who can execute and get stuff done should be CEO's and COO's. Visionaries should not be rewarded at the extreme levels they currently are. Instead visionaries and implementers should be rewarded equally with their performance and metrics dictating how they are compensated. This is not unlike female pro tennis players finally being paid the same as males (I don't think that will happen in golf or for the WNBA in our lifetimes) and also why there is so much push for equal pay for equal work.
As for "rulers," there should be no rulers. The problem with most rulers is that power too often corrupts them and absolute power too often corrupts them absolutely.
Instead there should be a vision that we all live into and missions that we all commit to making happen.
To that end I think Hillary Clinton should have an "under the radar" and away from the media meeting with Angela Merkel of Germany and Theresa May of Britain to discuss creating a world that women run and where males and their egos are kept from messing things up.
To see just how much male ego messes up things, Donald Trump should be meeting with other world leaders so we can see how all of them play in the sandbox.
My guess as to why he hasn't is that he may be able to roll over and fan the flames of frustrated Americans into being fanatics about him, but he knows that any world leader would look at him with a look of utter disbelief.
BTW women have told me that women are the best people in the world and the worst as well. They say how a vicious, jealous woman will do things to you that are much worse than what a man would do.
That said, I can understand Madeleine Albright who said: "There is a special place in hell for women who don't help other women." She might also be a good person to attend the meeting.
P.S. I think Michelle Obama would be an amazing attendee at such a secret meeting, but she has too much common sense and is too grounded to be part of the incredibly messy world of politics after eight years+ of being in it.
