The Politburo of the Soviet Union and the Propaganda Department of the Third Reich are proud to announce that as a result of four days of intensive negotiations they have signed a pact guaranteeing non-aggression and cooperation between the two rival parties.

"We have agreed to work together, we agree to neutrality if either of us go to electoral war against a third party and to refuse membership of any coalition which is directly or indirectly aimed at the other. This pact is a new beginning for us. We will not fight each other at elections ever again. This coalition will immeasurably improve the universe and it will last a thousand years."

The pact was signed by Daveslav Mikhailovich Camerov and Joanik von Cleggentrop -- and it will be known as the Camerov-Cleggentrop Pact.
