In Paris, France there are vintage stores, and if you do your work, you can find gems, like a vintage 80's
Yves Saint Laurent sequined mini dress for 80 Euros, ($113) and other treasures.

How about doing some roundups of Etsy Vintage Clothing Finds? There is a plethora of fabulous vintage on Etsy and no bidding involved.

That Dior cocktail dress is adorable. I wish I had more time to scour the resale shops, etc. for great vintage finds.
