President Obama's big gay marriage announcement continued to dominate the news this week, thanks in part to Newsweek's "First Gay President" cover.

Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert were on vacation, but Conan O'Brien in particular picked up the slack, not only having a great week on his own show, but also popping up in New York on Letterman to lay into Jay Leno in a way he hasn't done since everything went down more than two years ago.

And finally, Sacha Baron Cohen celebrated the opening of The Dictator by coming out of his character shell and giving interviews as himself on both the Today Show and CBS This Morning before showing up on the Late Show.
