This week, America tried to recover from the tragedy of being downgraded from superior AAA to terrible AA plus. Also, Michele "Queen of Rage" Bachmann got the best Newsweek cover ever and Rick Perry (not Rick Parry) threw his 10 gallon hat in the Presidential ring. Then of course, things really got crazy during the GOP debate Thursday night in advance of this weekend's Ames Iowa Straw Poll.
