Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. Money is the same way...

'Tis the season to over indulge, over spend, and lose track of your goals. It's so easy to sip that extra sip of eggnog and get sucked into the sales of the season.

No one likes the word "diet," and they rarely work. Just like no one likes the word "budget," for the same reason. It's all about discipline, mindset and lifestyle. So, let's do a mindset shift and look at your cash flow more like a "spending plan" instead. When was the last time that you tracked and managed your expenses like you've tracked and managed your food intake or workout schedule?

You feel good when you take care of your body. And you'll feel good when you start saving your money. When you control your finances, then just like those treats / food splurges, you'll be more mindful about which financial treats / splurges are worth it to you - instead of spending mindlessly.

What is worth it splurge on? For me, it's travel. I will always spend good money on experiences - like my month long trips to San Francisco, Esalen, and Big Sur. That's what makes me truly happy. That's always helped me grow - and because I invest money on myself, that money has ALWAYS come back to me or created relationships that help advance the success of my business goals.

What inspires you to save? For me, I never want to be a "bag lady." You know those elderly ladies who you see at the grocery store...? So, since I know very clearly what is worth splurging on, then I also know very clearly what's worth saving. It's important to me to continue to have a lifestyle that I love for my whole life, and to be an example to future generations.

This is why I now use my 12 years of Financial Expertise and my Yoga Teacher background to teach female entrepreneurs to get what they want financially. Now is the time for women to learn how to love money (instead of repel it) and value themselves so that they can attract ideal, high paying clients and afford the lifestyle they love. Not sure how to do it? That's where I can help!
