On Friday, President Bush said something odd after signing into law tougher sanctions against Zimbabwe's President Robert Mugabe, a thug who is hanging on to his position of power even after being defeated in an election.

What he said was; "No regime should ignore the will of its own people and calls from the international community without consequences."

And then, when he noticed Dick Cheney glaring at him, he whispered quietly, " Dick, I used the word REGIME. I'm not a regime. I'm a guy you want to have a beer with."

Option #2:
"Except when it's me." he wrote in small print at the bottom of the page.
