It is always "State owned" when it refers to China's national media, but is never "State owned" when referring to other countries national media such as the BBC. the ABC. NZBC, etc, etc, You would think that as writers, they could be a bit more subtle with their bias.

I agree with most of what these analyst are saying. Yes, I think it would be next to impossible to have another riot in Xinjiang to the same scale as those of July considering all the security forces that are in place everywhere.

I think the key here is that riots may possibly be attempted, but with the current state of security there is a next-to-zero chance that they will succeed.
