Yesterday's article by Maureen Dowd in the New York Times is misplaced and slings arrows at all the moving targets. She reminisces about the Clintons and Gores; she beckons Mark Penn out of the woodwork; and throws a Molotov cocktail or two at "Clintonistas."
Get down and get dirty. Stir the pot. Create acrimony. Lose an election.
It's time to stop the malarkey from the pundits and media machine. We have a President to elect and it is Barry O. We have enough enemies sitting on the sidelines ready with their nuclear weapons. Let's make up our minds, do we want to win or concede to the guys on elephants wearing red hats.
Madeline Albright once was quoted saying, "There is special place in hell for women that don't support other women." So knock it off. Get off the Hillary bashing. There are plenty of people willing and able to do it. Get on the Barry O team building. Let's raise the money, ratchet up the polls, and win the election.
Please Maureen and other esteemed members of the media if you must -- bash John Edwards. He's a prime target. What should be a family matter is now prime time television. But alas, it is not as distracting to our real goal of winning in November.

Good post. You might also want to use any pull you have with the Huffingtonpost to get them to stop with the Anti-Clinton headlines like "Clinton Supporters say She's Not Doing Enough for Obama." It links to a New York Times article that reads like the reporter wrote the story and then went out to find people to say something she could fit into her narrative.
"Please Maureen and other esteemed members of the media if you must -- bash John Edwards. "
I have a better idea. Why don't we use that energy and focus on bashing McCain, Obama's opponent.
