For many many months I've been working on trying to understand what makes one person succeed at living their dream life; what separates them from the rest that continue to struggle all throughout their life and never get "there".
What makes someone have a spontaneous remission from a terminal cancer, or get hold of their diabetes, lose weight, go off all sorts of drugs but not the other person? The other person struggles with it, tries hard (or it seems like) but they never reach that dream health, and happiness. Is it their genes, their environment, their mindset? What is it?

I'm looking at this from the health and wellness perspective; however this applies to all aspects of life.

So this is what I've concluded after all my searching, and observing many of my clients.

Before I spill the beans on you though, let me ask you this question.

What comes first?

[ ] I need to have__(something)____________ so I can feel__(a certain way)_____.

[ ] I feel _(a certain way)__________ so I Have _(anything I want)______.

OK choose the answer you think is right and comment below (I'd love to know).

In a nutshell going from "nothing is ever working out for me" to "everything is always working out for me" looks like this:

Acknowledge all you have >Visualize what you want to have > Hold the emotions you get from that vision>Manifest

At the end of the article you'll find a info-graphic of the transformation you need to go through in order for you to manifest anything you want (in case you want to skip the text) .

First you need to shift your focus and attention from what's not working in your life, from what's missing, from what's going on bad all around you (e.g. stop watching the news, and TV shows that tell you that you are not enough, you need more, etc.) into what's working; count your blessings as they say. Start focusing your attention on the abundance you have in your life, start seeing the good in every (bad) circumstance, start seeing yourself in the other person, then you'll stop judging and you'll start loving. I'm talking about unconditional love (the one a mother has for her child or a dog has for its owner-if you're a mom you know what I'm talking about, if you're a pet owner you also know what I'm talking about, if your neither hang around those folks for a while and you'll get it).

  • How do you do this (in real life)? (the ACKNOWLEDGE phase I'm talking about). A good place to start is to write daily 5 things you're grateful for, do not talk about what's not working. Start a positivity challenge, is like working out your positivity muscle, you've got to do it daily. Give thanks to people around you, stop complaining, and just focus on being positive and joyful.

Once you live in this positive environment, you see good in everything, you love unconditionally (hint: start with you then move to the others around you), you already start to FEEL good, you're ready to go into the next phase of this transformation to manifesting health or anything you want, and that is start to visualize yourself in that place of perfect health, perfect body, free of over the counter or prescription drugs, having all that energy, etc. you get what I'm trying to say.

Paint that dream perfect picture of your life having it all (perfect health, abundance, love, etc. ...).

  • How do you do this in real life? You will do daily visualization exercises, have a vision board, draw that image of you, and record a day in your life as if already happened.

Can you see yourself as if already happened? What are the feelings that this vision of the perfect life generate in you? Is it joy, clarity, freedom, surprise, excitement, adventure, expansion, ease, peace, worthiness?
Do you start to feel worthy of all these and even more? Do you feel that you're the right person, in the right time and place, do you feel whole, certain and again I'm asking you do you feel worthy?
Now you will move into the third phase of manifesting, Holding the Emotions.

  • How are you gonna do that? Just hold those feelings, start living every day feeling all those wonderful emotions, start early in the day and keep them on until you fall asleep, day after day, let them bathe every cell of your body, and then watch things manifest. Feel the freedom, the joy, the clarity, the surprise, the peace, the __________.

Vibrationally (spiritually, energetically) speaking you're already there, you're healthy, you are living your dream life, and as a result of this you'll begin to manifest it into your tangible (physical, material, fleshly) reality.

Going back to my initial two questions? How would you answer now?

What comes first?

[ ] I need to have__(something)____________ so I can feel__(a certain way)_____.

[ ] I feel _(a certain way)__________ so I Have _(anything I want)______.

Let me know your answer in the comments section, I'd looove to know.

You need to FEEL so you can HAVE (MANIFEST)

You're probably asking, is she telling me that actions are not important, that it doesn't matter what I eat, if I exercise, how much I sleep and so on?

NO. I'm not trying to say that actions are not needed, not at all. The actions follow, naturally and with ease. It just seems natural to take actions that bring your tangible self in congruence with your vibrational self.

Take what works for you and release the rest into the universe.
Love, Mihaela
