My Daily Vibe: One Positive Thought

To everything in life, there's always a negative and a positive perspective. Unfortunately, many prefer the negative perspective by default. So many problems are rooted in the way we think that all we seem to manifest are adverse consequences on a personal and collective level.

To turn all this around, we need to start thinking about what we're thinking about, and then make some real changes. Awareness is key. By becoming self-aware, tuning into our inner dialogue we can watch the ebb and flow of our thoughts, observing how they feed off each other, and then deciding which one deserves a space in our mind and which one needs to go.

Changing your thoughts isn't an easy thing to do, sometimes it won't come naturally and it doesn't happen overnight. In fact, it takes a lot of practice. There will be days when you have setbacks, but just get back up, dust yourself off, and start again. Be patient with yourself. As you change a thought into a positive one, your perspective will change, and so will your life!
