Thanks for illuminating the fact that we are creating our own version of the useless and parasitic European aristocracies of the 18th century-- which turned out to be a good century for revolutions. Regarding our current troubles, I believe there is an entire generation of mid and upper level bankers and "financiers" who believe it is their due to come up with ever more "innovative" financial vehicles to fleece us.
Your Fork in the Road video had me chuckling for days. Music is free and getting freer which concerns me greatly as I am producing a benefit recording for New Orleans, The Human Levee Music Project at http://www.humanlevee.com.
It is easy and satisfying to satirize these creeps. I never get sick of it. But ultimately We the People have some responsibility to bear. We have let the financiers, the military-industrial complex folks, the K Street lobbyists, our Legislators, and Media continue to operate behind closed doors for their own benefit. Just the barest ray of sunshine has them screaming and hollering now. It's beautiful. Let's pry the lid wide open. I just hope we have the stomach for it. We'll see.
Wow, this from the guy who is charging $157 for ONE TICKET to his concert....give me a break dude, you got no room to talk on this one. Cough up the bucks? Oh the irony.
Concert ticket pricing is complicated. Of course it's easy to criticize. Dozens even hundreds of people are paid out of the price of that ticket. The cost of touring is huge, what Neil
takes home from a tour is small change compared to the Wall Street Mandarins.
Let's send this guy back to work. Without his bonus. And minus the limo. The excesses have to stop. What ever happened to common sense? Love the song and video, Joe Rock Star, thanks. x

I like it.
It has a good beat to it.
It's kind a depressing - intentionally - appropriately?
Given the mess we are in right now - who knows
Gordon Gecko plays a mean guitar!
See William Bradley's Profile
Neil, not sure whether I like your guitar solo or your suit better ...
From the video's background sliding by it looks like Neil's limo is actually cruising Main Street, not Wall Street.
Hope springs eternal.
It's all about Neil's (electric) car....so, cough up the bucks devoted, cash-strapped listeners......
Thank you for continuing to use your gifts, Mr. Young.

Still, someones gotta pay for the limo.
Love the song too, Neil. Keep up the good work.
Hey - it's only $75 to stand on the floor in front of the stage (no seats)! Aren't we Neil fans getting a tad old for mosh pits?
Rock on...Brother Neil. Keep spreading the "Word" ☮
Gulfstreams flying across the sky
Throwing shadows on our IRAs
Leave us
Helpless, helpless, helpless
the one true rock-god is alive and well! mr young, please, keep up the good word!
