Just why isn't made clear. Editor & Publisher is reporting that the International Herald Tribune won't be running Friday's installment of Wiley Miller's Non Sequitur portraying an parallel-universe version of Ann Coulter. The IHT is alone in its sensitivity to the burqa image. "When contacted by E&P today, Universal [Press Syndicate] Managing Editor Sue Roush said no other clients, to her knowledge, asked for a replacement cartoon."

BTW, both "Non Sequitur" and Ms. Coulter's column are syndicated by Universal.
